Ready to Rollout!

IMCORP is pleased to announce Ready-to-Rollout©; a new service offering aimed at allowing its customers to shorten the time to value of IMCORP supplied hardware and software solutions.

By selecting Ready-to-Rollout, equipment will arrive at the customer’s premises configured and tested to the maximum extent possible to the customer’s unique environment. In addition, they will receive complete documentation that will provide instructions for configuring similar equipment, on-site.

The benefits:

IT resources can be focused on the dynamic and unique issues that only in-house staff can address, and not diverted for repetitive setup activities

Out of box failures and the costs associated with diagnosing and addressing them are virtually eliminated from the end user’s perspective since they will have been discovered and addressed by IMCORP’s RtR© team prior to customer delivery and well within the manufacturers’ DOA and warranty windows.

Implementation costs can be more easily quantified and controlled. RTR service costs are based on an initial project specific charge that includes a prototyping and documentation fee, and then a predetermined cost per unit.

Following on the heels of its successful “Shift to Wireless©” service offering, “Ready-to Roll-out” promises to be another successful addition to IMCORP’s array of service offerings.
